PBL Development Programme

As part of the Professional Development in Facilitating PBL Programme, CED organises regular development workshops for existing academic staff.

Ongoing activities for staff development include formal workshops, informal platforms such as lunch time seminars by visiting academic consultants, small group discussions on specific concerns and needs-based consultancy and support.

There are four development strands for faculty members:

1.     Facilitation

2.     Problem Crafting

3.     Leadership

4.     Educational Research

These workshops are generally offered as standalone events, while the series on assessment topics is designed to be interlinked.
